Day 111 - Raising Boys

#3 bringing flowers to his teachers at Parents Day Out.

He was excited to bring the flowers to his teachers. When we reached the room, he became shy and didn't want to give them the flowers. Sweet Boy!

When we moved here, I took #1's closet doors down. They are really heavy and came off track easily. I replaced them with curtains.

Some where along the way, this happened. They love to spin and twirl while holding the ends of the curtains.

The pirate watching the action.

We have 3 kids and there are 3 sections of curtains hanging down for them to twist and twirl. The problem is the third section is close to the bed and no one wants that part. #3 was trying unsuccessfully to switch with #2.

Day 110 - Blankets

I found fleece on double clearance at Walmart, so I stocked up. I have a sweet Aunt who makes blankets for so many kids. I used her idea and cut tassles around the edges. I will send them to Wallace to hand out to kids.

Pic to come later

Day 109 - Hot Chocolate

This is #1's BFF from next door. She arranged her marshmellows just right.

She was trying to eat them while drinking.

He thought about sharing but changed his mind.

He just dumped them all in!

This is #2's BFF from next door. He was trying to lick the marshmellows up. Love it!

Day 108 - Things that make you go hmmmmm.

This is how my morning started. I added my sweetner to the coffee ground instead of my travel mug :)

The boys "playing" in the play room while I workout. On this particular morning, the sweet angel in the corner, was not cooperating very much. Needless to say, it was a short workout. I am thankful for warmer mornings and we can walk/run outside.

Day 107 - Super Bowl Sunday!!

Watching the Super Bowl is not as much fun without Daddy.

Ok, so actually, we watched Toy Story 2 and checked the game during commercials. The Super Bowl commercials were not appropriate for children as you can tell from #1's face!

He just looked so cute with just his face sticking out.

He loves to snuggle!

Day 106 - The Escape

Climbing the indoor playground at Burger King. I usually like to stay home, but something about the ice trapping us in made me itch to get out.

Cheese and a thumbs up...life's good!

Big boy likes the burgers.

It has been confirmed, I am raising wild animals! ;)

My sweet Princess. I could kick myself for not getting a picture of her complete outfit. Along with this shirt, she had on flowered leggings, a pink camo coat, a pink and brown striped hat, and pink plaid rain boots.

Two peas in a pod!

Day 105 - Snow Day

#1's school was cancelled today. It was supposed to snow, she is still waiting on the snow.

Not sure the blueberries survived.

Icicles

He has been asking to write and color more often lately.

I am impressed by his color in the lines skills.

She dressed herself and made the necklace all on her own. She wants to send it to her Daddy to share with the kids in Afghanistan.

The tools I used to break the ice on the top of the car. We weren't going anywhere, but wanted to get the ice and water off of the moon roof. When it sits up there for too long, it seeps inside.

Wallace is always asking if I am taking good care of his truck. I figured I should break the ice off his truck, too.

Easy does it. :)
Sorry for the blurry picture, but I couldn't leave this one out. During dinner, #3 was pointing to the "U" and saying, "Look, Mom, a corndog." He was trying to say unicorn :)

Day 104 - Phone Etiquette

Talking with Nana and Pappy.

He had to eat one more bite of chicken.

Down the hatch!

"I don't like it!"

"I love you thiiiiiiis much!!"

Day 103 - Army Wife Network

Ok, so I totally flaked on taking a picture today. I did sign up for this seminar that is coming to post in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to a nice dinner and 4 hours of adult conversation!!!!!

Day 102 - Pretty things

Flowers for the PWOC board.

My consolation prize after a rough day.

Day 101 - Sold!

I am thankful that it is sold. I hope the gentleman who bought it gets even more memories out of it than my man did.

Day 100 - Simple Sunday

He was just too cute laying on the pillow and playing with Thomas.

#2 was helping dress #1's My Generation Doll.

After church and nap, he was lining up his trains and making his own tunnel.

Watching the cookie dough mix.

My boys love to cook and bake.

Teamwork! #1 left to dance in the living room.

Day 99 - Lightsavers (sabers)

They were so excited to find this huge carrot in the back yard.

It definitely looked huge.

Till we pulled it out. This is leftover from last summer.

They were not fighting each other but kept laying down injured.

I love #2's face.

This is a common look, too.

Fighting the "bad" guy.

Showing me her soccer skills.

I cannot pass up an opportunity showing brotherly love.
