I saved the best for last. #2 keeps my life interesting. The hygentist wanted to show him how gentle the brush was. She picked the finger with a hang nail on it. The visit went downhill from there.
I eventually had to sit in the chair and help hold his arms down. His teeth were slightly clean when we left. I had #3 in the playroom just out side this exam room. While #2 was getting his teeth cleaned, #3 snuck in the room to check out the commotion. The hygentist didn't see him, so she tripped over him. In her attempt not to fall, she hit me with the head light and left a bruise. In my attempt to help her, I tried to grab her arm but ended up pinching her boob. Gotta love my life, keep reading it gets better :)
Please note the drippage.
He thoroughly enjoyed this sucker.
More drippage.
#1 had a followup appointment to check on her double ear infection. She was all clear.
The reason for the pictures is because we are in pediatrics!!!!!! We have been blessed with healthy children. The downside to that is the Army says we belong to Family Practice since we don't have major health problems. Please know that I have no problem seeing a Physician Assistant. I just want that PA to be competent, is that too much to ask? So I rejoiced when I made the appt and they said we were switched to peds. Who knows how long we will stay. For now, we are thankful!!
This look says, "I am not in troubble yet, but I am plotting on you!"
He loves his dinosaur game. For some reason, I did not take a picture of all of us sitting on the hospital curb waiting on my neighbor. I locked the keys in the van and she was bringing my extra set. I am so thankful she was home and answered her phone. It cracks me up that no one asked the crazy lady why she and her 3 kids were sitting on the curb by their car. One lady gave me the business card for her church and invited us to come but didn't ask if we were ok.
A beautiful sunset to a crazy day!
